Titanium threaded flanges, also called titanium screwed flanges, include threads inside the flange bore which connects to the external threads on a pipe without welding. Threaded pipe flanges typically have a RF and FF sealing face. Threaded connections include NPT (National Pipe Thread) or BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper).
Threaded titanium flanges are commonly used for pipe connection. Its main material is industrial pure titanium or titanium alloy. The pressure rating packages include PN6,PN10,PN16,PN25,PN40. Among them, the common specifications of PN25 range from DN10 to DN150.
