Vanadium Pipes

Vanadium( V, atomic#23) is a silvery-gray transition metal with a high melting point (1910°C), high density (6.0 g/cm³), and excellent ductility. Pure vanadium even exhibits superconductivity at low temperatures. Its mechanical properties are sensitive to impurities,small amounts of elements such as oxygen and nitrogen can significantly increase hardness but reduce ductility. Vanadium has various oxidation states, ranging from +2 to +5. Pentavalent vanadium (V₂O₅) is the most stable and strongly oxidizing, while low-valent vanadium (such as V²⁺) exhibits reducing properties. This redox property gives it unique advantages in catalysis, batteries, and other fields. Due to its unique physical and chemical properties and wide range of applications, vanadium is called the "vitamin of modern industry."

Vanadium pipe is a tubular product made from vanadium-containing alloys. It does not refer to pipes made from pure vanadium (which is difficult to process, extremely expensive, and rarely used directly in industry). Typical pipes include vanadium steel alloy pipes, vanadium titanium alloy pipes, and vanadium aluminum alloy pipes.
